GladiatorIT provides managed service contracts that can help with your backup application and underlying operating systems. We want to help take the burden off you plus provide an extra level of support when you need it.

Included in this service:

• 12 month contract
• 12 consultancy days
• 4 review meeting
• 9am-5pm mon-fri reactive assistance to problems with backups
• Pro-active assistance in known backup issues. Inform of new issues that may affect client environment
• On behalf of the client, take charge of support calls
• Adhoc hpux, solaris and windows system admin assistance
• DR testing - document and execute
• Technical documentation review and update
• Monthly report of activity
