• 6 month contract
• 6 consultancy days
• 2 review meeting
• 10am - 3pm mon-fri reactive assistance to problems with backups
• On behalf of the client, take charge of support calls
• Adhoc hpux, solaris and windows system admin assistance
• Monthly report of activity
